Personal Musings

Back to Basics

It has been a long time since I visited this blog again. For sure it has been a very busy life for me at the mean time and it really helps sometime to sort yourself up from time to time.

Right now, I am thinking of doing less and having less in life. There, in being a minimalist type of person, you will realize and value things that really matter. Just slowly getting to it. I am putting the idea of going “Back to Basics” in my head. There I hope to get lesser worries.

Challenges and problems are always there. They make us human and basically hate being a human being. We were supposed to not like this life. We are all aiming for the ‘afterlife’. With the Great One’s help and mercy, we can surpass these obstacles and then face more. 😀

Maybe I am just stressed in doing so many things and at the same time bored in doing nothings (many nothing, lol).

PS: I still don’t know what excerpts are for. lol. “Excerpts are optional hand-crafted summaries of your content that can be used in your theme.” WHAT?

  1. Thanks Jay for the comment. No matter what we are in life whether we are the poorest of all men or even the king of many, we will always have problems. God made problems for us to be a better person and eventually once we go somewhere we don’t know after this life we will be worthy of being there. As I mentioned (basically the idea is from the book ‘Purpose Driven Life’, well, and the Bible itself), we are not supposed to GET ATTACHED to this world because we are really made not for this life! There is a far better place we should aim for.

    Cheers!
