Breaking the Sushi

We ended up in SM North after paying up millions sa aming credit card. Hopefully by the end of this year ubos na para wala na problema. By 2012, dapat wala na kaming credit card. In our point of view, along with Sir Chris, pahirap sa buhay yan hehe.

SAKAE SUSHI RESTAURANT

‘Ohayou gozaimasu’ means good morning, at gabi na nung kumain kami dun. May conveyor na may sushis on a color coded plates. May promo sila na buffet or four red plates for 399. Kung anu-ano man yung menu na umiikot dun versus sa price nila, I guess you can see the picture.

The Verdict

We ordered: Miso Ramen P229, 1 red plated Tempura sushi (isang small tempura rolled into rice and sliced into three), 1 green plated 2 pieces maki of some sort (basta yung may black na sprinkles sa gilid), at 1 yellow plated 2 pieces California maki.

It will certainly give a new meaning to the word ‘FRESH SUSHI’.

Yung sushi sauce: Parang toyo na may asin. Maalat na maalat.

Yung ramen: The noodles are overcooked. Yung miso stock/ broth is just normal, nothing spectacular.

May nagsasabing ok naman daw yung Sakae sa ibang branch pero we don’t see it here.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1

The information below is not spoiler free.

As for me, hindi ko pa nababasa yung book so I don’t judge by it’s cover. And so for this movie, taga-sama lang ako.

Unlike sa Harry Potter movie na nakatulugan ko, hindi naman ako nakatulog this time kahit 4 hours lang ang tulog ko. So far I would say na this installment of the movie is the best. Next would be the first one, kasi introduction yun ng movie. Yung second one, was so-so at yung third, we are happy to say na buti na lang hindi namin pinanood sa big screen.
