Despite the not so good reviews for the Mind Museum in Bonifacio Global City, we still decided to come for Jonalyn’s Birthday along with our science enthusiast kids. The reviews were quite about the Museum’s steep ticket price and not getting much for it in exchange. And yes, they are right.
The exhibitions here are not that many. Most of them are not even interactive and requires a lot (way a lot) of reading. I felt myself that I am in a library or reading something on Wikipedia. There are also quite a few stuffs there that isn’t working great or totally not working at all. I am not saying that the museum is that bad. It is actually good. But for a price tag of P625 for adults and P475 for private school students (P190 for public) for 3 hours, I am expecting much more. Well, I can’t really complain since they are situated in BGC.
Way back in elementary, we went to a museum (part of the field trip) that is better than this museum. Though not that ‘eye-candy’ but packed with interactive science experiment/exhibit. I am thinking it is the ‘Science Museum’ but I can’t really recall (memory gap, kulang sa pork at gulay).
Note that I didn’t take pictures of most of the stuffs there. I believe that taking alot of pictures sometimes takes away of immersing yourself in life’s moments (ang lalim lol). Now, if you are asking me if I would recommend this place? Well, travel at your own risk. Cheers!
Lol.
